Residents Club Update

Villawood is pleased to announce that construction works are set to commence on the much anticipated Marriott Waters Residents Club.

The Residents Club is being constructed in conjunction with the Marriott Waters Shopping Centre and is earmarked for completion late in 2012.

The Shopping Centre will form the centerpiece of the Marriott Waters community with the Residents Club positioned to take advantage of the wetland views as well as the convenience of an adjoining Café for residents to enjoy.

Once complete, residents will have exclusive access to:

• A fully-equipped gymnasium with wetland view
• Function and multi-purpose rooms
• An indoor/outdoor heated 25-metre lap pool
• Children’s play area including toddlers pool
• Outdoor sun deck and landscaped central courtyard
• Male and female change rooms and lockers
• Entrance foyer with space to meet and greet

Villawood will provide further information over the coming months, so stay tuned for another progress update shortly.

Opening hours, fitness timetables and function room bookings will all be facilitated via Marriott Waters Online booking system once the facility is operational in late 2012.
