Recycled Water

Giving residents the opportunity to enjoy green gardens all year round, Marriott Waters’ residents will have access to class-A recycled water for all non potable uses.

Used for garden irrigation, toilet flushing and car washing, the treated water will be piped from South East Water’s Eastern Irrigation Scheme (EIS) through to every home at Marriott Waters.

Treated to the Victorian Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Class A standards, recycled water will be delivered to homes through separate, purple pipes. With usage calculated through separate meters, recycled water is charged at the lowest priced tariff.

Linked to each property at Marriott Waters, treated recycled water is a safe, environmental initiative set to reduce demand of Melbourne’s precious drinking water.
