Marriott Waters Owners Corporation employs Estates OwnersCorp Management Pty. Ltd (the manager) to manage the estate’s common property on its behalf.
Under the Subdivision Act 1988, the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and the Owners Corporations Regulations 2007, when a subdivision plan is registered and common property is created, an Owners Corporation is deemed to exist.
The manager is responsible for ensuring that the Owners Corporation fulfils its obligations under all the Acts and Regulations mentioned above.
Andy Dawson is the Managing Director of Estates OwnersCorp Management Pty. Ltd. He is assisted by Chelsy Skaiaa and Janine Brandon.
